Warranty

 

 

Do you have a warranty for your products?

We warrant our products to be free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship. Each product group has a separate manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to individual products and manufacturers for specific product warranty information.

Wicker furniture: frame 2years, wicker fibre 1year

  • Frames are warranted for 2years against defects in materials and workmanship during normal residential usage from the date of purchase. 

  • Wicker fibres are warranted for 1 year against defects in materials and workmanship during normal residential usage from the date of purchase.

Stainless steel, cast and extruded aluminum: frame 2years

  • Frames are warranted for 2years against defects in materials and workmanship during normal residential usage from the date of purchase.

Umbrella: frame, fabric and base 1year

  • Frames are warranted for 1years against defects in materials and workmanship during normal residential usage from the date of purchase.

  • Wind Damage is NOT covered under any umbrella warranty.

  • Fabrics are warranted for 1years against defects in materials and workmanship during normal residential usage from the date of purchase.

  • Granite and Stained Concrete Umbrella Basesframes are warranted for 1years against defects in materials and workmanship during normal residential usage from the date of purchase.

Outdoor fabric and cushions: 1year

  • Fabric and cushions are warranted for 1years against defects in materials and workmanship during normal residential usage from the date of purchase

The Motion Pieces' mechanism is warranted for a period of 1 year against defects in materials and workmanship during normal residential usage from the date of purchase

 

Is the warranty transferable?

Our warranties are valid from the date of purchase to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable.

 

 

How do I claim a warranty?

To obtain service, contact our customer support team stating the problem, and pictures of the defective product as proof of damage. along with the original receipt or invoice.

We will review your request and a Return Authorization Form will be emailed to you along with further information and instructions.

 

We do not accept returns without a Return Authorization Form. Item must be returned in proper packaging.

once we receive your return, we will, at our sole discretion, refinish, repair or replace part of the defective product or the entire defective product.

 

A replacement will be in the original colour and style whenever possible; however, similar colour and style will be offered if the original product has been discontinued. A replacement will be for the damaged item only.

 

 

Does warranty cover replacement?

The warranty applies only to the original product and is not extended for replacements.

 

 

Exemptions: 

Our warranties not cover:

Damages due to improper use, assembly, alterations and modifications

Normal wear and tear including scratches, chips, misuse, abuse, neglect or exposure to harsh chemicals or the use of improper cleaning products.

Wicker breakage due to scratches or excessive friction, glass breakage, and rust on steel

The warranty does not cover non-residential use.

Breakage of glass, fading, discoloration, or disintegration resulting from exposure to sunlight, subfreezing temperatures or other natural elements like wind, fire etc.,

Fading and staining of fabrics and compression of cushion fillings

Failure to take proper care of the furniture including cleaning, maintenance and storage.

Clearance, discounted "as is" and damaged items

Other circumstances beyond defects in material and workmanship.
