What are your return and refund policy?
You can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt with the original receipt or invoice. as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition
Each returned item will be inspected prior to return or exchange. The returned item has to be in new, unused, or resalable condition with its original packaging.
Items returned with the 14 days return policy may be refunded less a 20% cancellation and re-stocking fee.
Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. If a customer sends back the item by C.O.D service, the item will NOT be accepted.
Please contact us before return anything. We will send a confirmation email to the buyer for the return.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
If returned items are listed as free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping fee from the total refund amount. This fee is in addition to any restocking fees assessed.
If a returned item is preassembled (i.e. Swing chair, umbrella) or large items (i.e. Gazebo, hammock swing), an extra assemble fee may also be deducted from the total refund amount.
What if my item/ package arrives damaged?
We inspect every product before it leaves our warehouse, if your items arrived damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours from receipt of the item.
We will arrange a replacement, If we could not find a suitable replacement, a refund will be issued.
We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damages, during delivery. Please be patient as we have to claim the damage with the shipping courier and send you the parts or replacement.
How long will it take to get a refund?
Once your returned items are received and processed by us, it usually takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your card issuer, for the refund to appear in your bank account. However, this process can take up to 14 days.
